Samsung failed to keep customer base for long term point of view.
Software update, power cable n costing.
At the time of mobile purchase power cable warrenty is 6 month and if we purchase power i.e. data cable from store it's warranty changes to 3 months. what tge heal against high costing of this cable Rs. 250?
If we totalise the costing of individual parts of handset....
It turns more than that of handset cost.
Why Samsung taking so much charges....
Non acceptable.
After 1 years .... all samsung mobiles becames system outdated....
Why samsung plays with customer's emotions?
