Bug with WIFI Connection.

Hi Friends,

I am using Samsung Galaxy On nxt and I use wifi connection to my phone daily.

Unfortunately from few days the connection is automatically getting disconnected from phone in next 3 to 4 minutes of connection itself. I checked almost all the settings which I understand. But could not resolve the issue. Hence seeking someone's advice on how to resolve it.

Reset your network settings from>Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network settings and then check the issue.
Or reset router settings.
Or visit service center cuz sometime it's due to hardware failure.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Wi-Fi).

4- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
