Battery drain

My battery drains from 30% to 0% in just 2 minutes.....plz help me guys

please do a factory reset. this is not something natural. Else take it to Samsung service.

i tried it also but not working

And it also takes nearly 6 to 8hours to charge....sometimes during charging it stops at some range 65% or 78% but not fully...why?

If your device is more than 2yrs old, then u need to replace it. Else calibrate it but making 0% then 100% and after that do not charge beyong 90% and go below 30%, keep doing for one week, u will see improvement in battery life.

Let it drain fully, let it shutdown itself. when off, charge it and when reached 6-7% on the device and charge it full and keep it plugged for another 2hr.
