App not deleted

I have purchase a new samsung mobile and back up app app and data from my previous mobile. One app BANK IFSC wss also installed at that time. I want to delete this app but this app will not be deleted. This app is not in the Play store now. This app was in the right down corner in attchment. Please someone let me know how can i delete this app ?

Go to Setting >> App >> Bank ifsc >> force stop >> clear cacha and data >> then try to uninstall it .... i hope this work 😀✌🏻
