4k video sample test

How many user can play this 4k clip without any problem on Samsung mobile (only for non 4k supported mobile) and on which player? 
On my 'on nxt mobile' not play smoothly (mx player)

even in 4k display we can not play 4k videos as it needs the processor which can decode it
