Guys take my advise and don't buy Samsung phone, I have been able user for so long till I switched to Samsung 3 years back, their customer service is the worst ever, their warranty is shit, their devices well its based on ur luck, my last two phones has issues and the way they handled my defective phone was disaster

hahaha, I too victim of that. I bought Fold2 and almost I made up my mind that I lost that money.

My note 20 ultra screen gone black after only 2 month !!!! I have asked for new phone but they didn't bother instead they replaced the screen !!! it's only 2 month old !!! my iPhone had the same problem after a year and apple gave me new phone

I talked to the manager himself but still useless and so unprofessional!!! just check how apple take care of customers and learn from them, u have no excuse anymore since ur devices have become as expensive as apple and even more !!!!

My device has been in service center for more than 6 months for different issues. Currently it is lying there again since last 3 days. Every time they have responded back saying PHONE WILL NOT BE REPLACED AND ONLY REPAIRED AND THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR.

This time also if they repair, I am definitely going to take a legal course of action. The customer service is their duty and not a favour to me. You have sold a very expensive phone to me, keep some respect for your customers.

Please improve your customer service and the customer service center. A lot of customers are unhappy.

Sorry my friend, I am not surprised. I switched from Apple after 13 years and now regret why I did so. You are also unlucky like me. I bought Fold2 flagship costlier smartphone in their portfolio and now regret 🙃 foe that mistake.

Well that's worse than mine as the fold costs way too much
Well I'm waiting for apple 13 to switch back as I got used to 120 refresh rate that's the only reason I kept the **bleep** Samsung phone with me 😂
