why can't I download the update

visit SC to get the update. OR download Smartswitch on your computer and your mobile and connect with USB cable and try update

updating via smartswitch will update full firmware... means it will install entire os

if you have Computer update it via smart switch.. it will remove all the negative parts of the software.. so that you can get clean software update
