from the day 1 i am using my note 9 with a screen protector.  yesterday i was replacing it as it was heavily scratched when i noticed these white spots on display which looks like dust . can anyone explain what are they? u can see these spots above the yellow dots i have marked in the pic.

it seems dead pixels, contact service centre they will tell u exactly

look just above those yellow dots carefully and picture zoomed in. they are not dead pixels .
