while connecting ear phones, mic not working with Samsung note 9, if any idea regarding this issue

am sorry to hear that.... try to connect on other device and check... if same issue occurs , then return them to merchant

I have tried 3 to 4 ear phones same device and other devices, ear phones not an issues, only problem to ear phones connect with Samsung note 9 only , all ear phones received voice very good, when we spoke mic not recognize and not working mic, I have still the device under warranty, is it device issue?

Hi dear. 

There is one option to troubleshoot the issue. There is a button on the headset which we use to attend and cut the calls. Press the button and check whether the phone recoginse the click. If it recognize the click then your issue is related to software. If it doesn't register the click then the headphone jack is faulty. You need to replace it.
