when note 9 will get android 10 and one UL 2

Any one knows. when note 9 will get android 10 and one UL 2 ? 

And please give camera update (when I purchased at the time its amazing but know quality reduce) please don't do this give proper update, 

While playing call of duty battery reduce faster and heating. 

Some times I feel battery drain 10% faster .

(Its just a useful feed back I want to share)
