whatsapp call and local call

During local calls or whatsapp calling when the screen goes off, network connection is lost - why. It says reconnecting...

I'm using note 20 ultra 5g model

Can anybody help to solve this issue

Long press on WHATSAPP ICON > APP INFO > BATTERY > ALLOW BACKGROUNG USAGE TOGGLE > TURN ON

If the issue continues, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center.

Also check the availablity of Whats App calls in your country by the service provider.

if you turned off the background proceess to save battery then it happens...means you cant talk when screen is closed. so no need to turn off the background process. thanks
