Hey how about you download stock rom One UI 3.0 from SamFirm than install it on your device. Nothing will be deleted and you will also get OTA update as the CSC will automatically change based on your SIM.

why to do manually? isn't this is the issue of samsung? they should have already pushed the update Regylary at time .. but Here in middle east, they are alwaysssssssss late ...💔

I am not sure why, they could be fixing the bugs and making sure the network works perfectly in the Gulf region. This is just my theory.

Otherwise I advise you to report about this on Help section and send this as report hopefully they could release it sooner.

Also may I know the model number of your device?
