website crashing frequently

hello everyone,
i am trying to open my website aluminium plates manufacturer in india - inox steel india on my samsung note 3 on google chrome but it doesnt open. everytime i access the website aluminium plates manufacturer in india it crashes.
please guide as to what should i do to prevent this from happening?
