just go to Settings > Lock Screen > Face Widget there you can select your desired widgets such as Weather, Alarm, Music etc. whatever widget you select it will be displayed on Lock screen and Always On Display. after you are done with these setting. Now, to check Weather on AOD , just double tap on Clock displayed on AOD and swipe Left to check Weather.
