wallpaper bug - note 10 plus

Hi! I'm facing this weird wallpaper bug when im opening any menus.

I tried clearing One UI Home data but the problem still persists. Tried changing the wallpaper, restarting the device, but to no avail.

I just updated my to January 1 security update. The problem started when i updated my device.

Using Note 10 plus.
