video stabilization option not working

Hi to all . In my note 9 video stabilization option is not available.. what can I do...

Bro, open camera, now select video option>here directly click on super steady hand, now check if video stabilization is on or not..
or
turn off tracking auto-focus and then decrease rear video size

satbilization only work when camera is not set to automatic AF tracking .. auto AF tracking disables stabilization automatically

and one more thing at high resolution like 4k etc you can not use video stabilization
