After the beta version of Android 10 and one UI 2.0 I am not able to update to new version of Samsung note 10 +. I am now at security patch December and two updates released after that but my phone says I am up-to-date.

We would like to inform you that you can update the device software with the help of smart switch application. Please follow the below mentioned steps and check updating the software again:

  • Connect your device to PC with the help of USB cable and try to update the software.

If still you are facing same issue please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
