Is this error continuous?
Have you tried to  restart the device?
What is the current software version running on the device?

Ca you share some information for our engineers to check the issue.

hello.. well this seems to be a temporary issue as it did not occur again. and it also seems to be fixed.. because there was a recent update for some apps and the issue was not there. and also Samung team had resolved the issue and did get back to me fir the same.. really thank you for following up
