unable to watch 1080p videos on youtube

Whenever i try to watch 1080 or 4k videos on youtube in my note 9 device. Its inable do this beacuse it shows maximun 480pixel.plz help

due to lockdown no one will able to watch 4k or even 1080 YouTube has turned down the resolution

all the streaming services reduced their quality and bitrate to 480p on mobile data and 1080p on wifi to reduce the load of bandwidth while lockdown.

right now youtube has downgraded even Amazon prime video hotstar zee5 Netflix all hvae reduced hd to SD quality to counter network traffic in view of corona lockdown
