unable to update high contrast theme

Why I'm unable to update my high contrast theme it was use to happen before as well but after I updated my ios everything was fine, now again same problem I'm facing after this update of my ios Samsung galaxy note 9.

Bro, are you talking about this particular theme

If so, then check galaxy themes latest update
or
uninstall that theme and install it again
or
clear galaxy themes cache/data and try again..

Bro I think OS update will not reflect any problems in Themes. Try clear data of Themes and try once to update the theme
