unable to redeem

I am unable to redeem the offer. When I click on if I am eligible. The page says i am eligible for active watch and after selecting and adding the watch to the cart, i am not able to click on continue

Help me out in this issue. Please.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Still the same. Updated the app as well. Nothing.
