unable to enroll for beta 2.0 for note 9

Is that the same no which you have registered with the samsung account?

yes.!!! but my mobile is from india and I'm in russia.!! and using russian sim card

ah.. this is limited to India.. I guess its because of the region. this is india specific.

I think you shud use an indian sim and connect to an network in India.
