try restarting your phone if doesn't help then try wipe cache partition

When you tap on it does it open any app pls confirm.

restarting does remove this.. i think this might be because of Amazon Prime Vidoes or YouTube as I remember. every time i have to reboot the device.🤥

then keep updating your apps ( Amazon prime)

yeah the real culprit is Amazon Prime even after re installing
