Condused if my color issue is hardware or software as it happened suddenly.i use my phone with care..and if its hardware issue then there is no sense to purchase a flagship phone with gorilla protected screen having color issues...I am samsung user from last 10 years..but now really disappointed..planning it to switch
I went samsung customer care just today....they told me its hardware issue..Will replace lcd in 39200/-.... extremely disappointed..what kind of gorilla protect is this...if lcd is damaging...without any misuse....no more samsung sorry....
will switch to any cheap China phones with good configurations then samsung in reasonable rates....what kind of flagship phone which couldn't last for 2 years atleast....
