No more software updates for note 9?. Did Samsung forget the money we paid for the phone?

I am pretty sure they are working on it hard and to eliminate any bugs available. I flashed Germany ROM and I got 2nd update for camera fix. Other countries are rushing and releasing it which may cause inconvenience for us in our daily life.
