Hey guys I just bought a new note 10 plus wondering if I should charge my new phone for 8 hours , is it mandatory to charge the phone for 8 hours.

No need. In fact overcharging reduces the battery life and sometimes making it dangerous as well.

but if you are one of those persons who puts their phone on charging before going to sleep and wake up at 8am-

go to settings _ device care _ battery _ more options _ turn off fast charging 👍

u can also turn off fast charging if u play games while mobile is being charged ... so that it won't heat too much.

I'm sorry if I'm late at answering this, but your Note 10+ is one of the fastest charging phones on the market right now.
it charges 0-100% in aound an hour, which is incredible.
even better than Dash Charging by Oneplus.
Never charge your phone beyond 100% else it will damage your battery.
So just charge your phone for an hour when you wake up till you take a shower and dress up before stepping out.
That's it.
The battery will surely last you throughout the day!
