shaking the phones makes rattle or clicking sound

when i Shake my note 8 there is rattle or clicking sound . is this ois or anything else ?

Bro that's normal with any phone with OIS, DON'T SHAKE IT ALOT.

nothing is supposed to move around
get to a service center and get it checked asap

No sound should come. I have an S8 and it also has OIS. No sound heard from my unit. Please get it checked from service center.

That is OIS in your camera when you shake your phone the OIS starts shaking in the device which causes a rattling sound .And when you open the camera app the sound is gone coz the OIS is used that time and it is stabilizing the camera. No need to worry my phone also has that sound its normal.
