Same issue here on my Note8 since April this issue has happened to a lot of users(including S8,S8 Plus,Note 8 and even Note FE) ever since oreo but Samsung is yet to publicly admit this or even try to bring a fix. Why on earth can't they test their own updates before releasing it.This issue started because of a software update why can't it be fixed by software too.

Galaxy Note
Samsung is focusing on their S9. With Oreo I have zero problems at the moment. Battery drainage is a small issue though.
