screen issues after calls

Each time i drop a call i keep getting this window on my display that wont seem to go away, after restarting the phone thats when it disappears, but after another t call it appears again.

Please help my device is samsung note 20 ultra 5g

Hi, it seems to be an after call display from some third-party app. Try using your phone in safe mode.

Backup ur important things, like numbers and media etc.. then factory reset ur phone, then select the apps that u need and install them.
