Does anyone know how to get rid screen burn in it's on the bottom on navigation bar,top on notification bar and slightly on middle of the screen (using swipe gesture for navigation bar)

Once they are there there is no way to get rid of them.
But you can try using dark themes to make them less visible.

Screen Burn in happens when your smartphone ages and this shows that either you go for new display or your smartphone needs to be changed.
Screen burn in happens when the RGB pixels maintain a constant flow of current through them although they don't need to use, this happens bc pixels after a 3 to 4 years or 2-3 years(if you use smartphone very often) loose lose their capabilities of stopping the flow of current through them when not in use, thus due loss in such capability you see minimal flow of current = ghosting effect.
I was using my Letv Le Max, for 4 years It got screen burn in tendency for a year or so, It didn't quite bothered me much, but if you seem to get disturbed it's time to change to a new smartphone.
