update released for Note 10+ models in UAE. NOTE 10+ 5G Android Q update is still due in the UAE.
Q update for Note 10plus 5G (N976B) released in the US, South Korea, Germany, Switzerland as of now.

Not sure, but will receive stable update soon. FYI- January security patch has been released today (not Android Q).
