samsung note 10+ camera failed

i have an issue with the camera app, i cant open the camera app and i am getting error msg , camera failed, may any one assist me to fix this fault.? thx

Check if the bootloader is unlocked. If it is unlocked, lock it, and then turn off OEM unlock because it blocks the camera app. (You must back up your data before doing this because it will factory reset the device).
