It is there see in attached images.
And Spo2 has been moved under Stress. So both are measured simultaneously.

Could you confirm that you added it from Manage Items from the very last menu in bottom.

Because it'll be really strange as my device is Note 9 too.

By the way I found it separate too.
I didn't notice they've added it again.

Anuj I don't see the stress option no where.
I need this option to be there, I really don't know how to get it.
I even call samsung customer care they used smart tutor and excess my phone but they even couldn't do anything.

I'll suggest to clear data and cache of Health App or you can try uninstalling it.

Check if you have the same version as mine for Note 9.

And you haven't sideloaded the app through apks.
