Found earpice problem after September 2018 update 

Sound only 50% as compare to before 

Samsung galaxy note 8 which is water and dust resistance so no chance of escape 

Plz guide

take a toothbrush...push the brushes gently into the earpiece grill.. open the blocked holes...and problem solved
