Galaxy Notein the dual pad use *#2663#
you will get the below page. in that I marked the TSP FW update. click that button. it will start updating, wait for sometime. dont touch anything until you will get the update - pass popup. then you can come out of that setting page. Turn off and on. then try whether the touch working.
If the touch doesn't work even after this step then go to service center

Kindly perform the below mentioned few of the quick steps:
1) The phone touch screen could stop working due to physical damage. Check if its physically damaged or not.
2) Restart the device: Restart the phone by pressing the Power button and tap on restart.
3) Remove memory card and check App: Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.
If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes):- Samsung Members App>Feedback >Question /Error>Attach log file.
