I am a flagship phone user of samsung ,  samsung is not looking after there service's properly... by neglecting the update for android 10  for note 8 users... please look after your flagship users

By providing timely updates for them

I kindly request samsung team to look into my question  and i think you might take necessary  decisions

mewoo........🤓it's not possible sir because android invented by Google not by Samsung. and Samsung Google partnrship agreement clearly stated that not more than 2 major updates in any Samsung device.....not more than 3 in one plus....maximum 3 to 4 to Google own pixel

yes there is a agreement between Google and all Android manufacturers to provide atleast 2 years of Android version updates and 3 year's of security updates, policy of Samsung is same based on this.
OnePlus, pixel and all Android one phones give 3 major Android version updates.

Note 8 got 2 major updates Oreo followed by Pie. That's it. You will not get anymore updates and it's no agreement between Samsung and user. So move on or if you are desperate buy a android 10 phone. 🤪
