no need to change battery i have 2 mobiles m10s and j3 same problem in m10s phone shut down at 5% and on j3 its 15%
i go to Samsung care and told nothing but say please sir chek my battery is it getting loose or damaged but then the representative told no sir every thing is fine
but after 2 day in another service center i only told that my phone shut down at 15% then they advised me to change the battery and after that on the same day approx 15 min later my friend got in and told sir please check my battery is it getting loose then the same representative say no problem with your battery sir its in good condition

so beaware of it
