Please take the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to have it checked out. Find the nearest location to you online.
Or, take the device to your service provider - it may be a network issue in the country.

Actually 5G Snapdragon devices are affected after July/August software update. My S20 Ultra Snapdragon is facing the same issue. I guess some network updates should be done in Kuwait to fix this issue or hopefully Samsung could fix this issue with future updates.
