I have a problem with always on display. It turns the screen on by itself and turns off after ten seconds.

Hello, Could you please check which option did you select under the settings? Settings 》Lockscreen 》Always On Display.. Please refer screenshot attached.. Sounds like you have selected the first option. Play around with the settings and go for the preferred option. Hope it helps 👍

If you selected the same option as shown in the screenshot, the 'Always On Display' will switch ON as soon as you tap on the screen and it will be shown for 10 seconds and it goes off. If you see that your phone is automatically switching on the 'Always On Display' without a tap on the screen then there is a problem. If that's the case, try switching of Always On Display, restart the phone and try switching on again.
