s pen

My s pen can not connect to my phone. 

Any help please??

Check for any solution after each of the steps below,

1) Check for any software updates.

2) Reboot the device.

3) Go to settings -> Advanced features -> S pen -> Air actions - > tap options -> reset s-pen. Do this while the S-pen is inserted on the device.

4) Remove your phone case and screen protector if any.

5) Try in 'safe mode'.

6) Wipe cache-partition.

7) Format your phone if the pen works good in other device, else get your pen repaired.

because if covid 19 I am washing my phone daily.
Maybe because of water.?
its effect the spen ??

An easy method to troubleshoot this error is by using another Spen from a friend's phone. simply insert the spen & reboot the device & check whether the new Spen works. If yes its time to replace your old Spen.

S-pen Bluetooth failure is a common complaint in Note 9 & in most of the cases, S-Pen replacement was the solution. Any way try with another S-Pen before you reset your device as it may delete your data. Always try a reset as the last option.

its working now.
I think because of the water go inside it its stopped.
but today its becoming dry so its working nice now.
as I told before I used to wash the phone with water because of covid 19.😁😁😁😁

Boss, Never wash your phone. Wet a cotton piece with alcohol and sanitize your phone with that. Your phone is water-resistant, not completely water proof.
