s pen air command not working. s pen disconnected and unable to connect.

Hi. Please advise. S pen is unable to detect even after attaching the spen to my samsung note 10 plus phone. I tried resetting the s pen air command. Phone did not detect s pen air command. Please advise and provide a fix.

Can you tell whether you've updated your phone to ONE UI 3 Beta or not ? You also can submit a log report for the issue in Samsung members app.

yes..even after updating to one ui 3 beta, still s pen air is not being detected by samsung note 10 plus.
