don't by any product from eros electronics in u a e they are cheater becoz i exchange my note 7 then eros company deduct 50 dha from me amount

my suggestion is to go to Samsung brand store in Sahara Centre Sharjah. They took my device and ensured me to have my money in the bank account with in 7 to 10 working days
