"Mobile Data Always Active" option under developer mode not working

Mobile data doesnt remain active for fast switching between wifi and mobile data. It used to work before UI4 update. I have Note 10+. Anyone else facing this issue?

I would send that but this is not an app. Its a toggle within developer mode and feedback option is not available.
