I suppose my proximity sensor is not working fine. Screen isn't turning off during phone calls. Also always on display had suddenly become very dull. It's not even visible. Also, Samsung health app is not able to count steps. It shows total steps as 0 though i ve walked quite a bit since morning. Please advise what needs to done to correct this. I did not find any setting in phone for these problems. Appreciate if you can help.

Do a hardware test of your phone- Open Phone dialer- *#0*#
Then goto sensor tab and click on selftest on the sensor you want to test.
If all test pass then do a factory reset through Recovery mode and Wipe/Clear Cache.
If the test fail then visit service center.
