phone speaker issue note 9

 Recently i got  android 10 update and i done that All tlings are good but problem i get is my phone speaker When someone call me on WhatsApp,messenger Only -front speaker response and downside speaker doesn't work. on other music and videos it works. And when i connect bluetooth incoming call volume very low and only in my bluetooth it doesn't come in phone...dolby atoms is on . .can someone help me...
