New issue on note10+ for over charges that like brown  square shows in back ground.
Am using s8+ since 4 years and I didn't face this issue.

Loyal customer for Samsung since 13 years. But this time I think I will change as customer service will charge me for fixing the error also bad quality for the screen protector which cost around 50USD.

As I face bad quality experience three times with the same product and they refuse to change it free.

Hi, 

Would be best to have this checked at a certified Samsung Service Center. Or, call the call center and ask for remote assitance.

I went them directly, and they refuse this is as they said is misuse.

and for the screen protector they said also misuse, but I have flip cover on the phone and my phone never fall down

03 screen protector same issue, and I paid for the three also I have other two phones with my friend and same issue.
