other person can't hear me when speaker mode is on

Since couple of days i am facing the below issue on Note 9

During a call and turn on the speaker mode the other persons can not hear me but i can hear  them. when i switch off the speaker to normal both can hear each other.

I used it before it was fine but now can't. 

I did the following but the problem persist;

1. Safe mode
2. Reset app preferences 
3. Clear sim kit data and cache.
4. I tested mic using voice recorder and it is fine

Please let me know if there is a solution.

i had the same issue after the update. The mic has to be replaced. no other options. pls take it to Samsung store. The set is still in Warranty...

. thanks for reply. i had to go to Samsung customer service and they replaced the mic on top
