other in storage

dear all, would like to know what is "other" in storage. is there any way to clear it as it occupies lots of storage space.

It's usually the recycle bin and large files
And also videos if u have downloaded like Netflix, amazon prime or telegram or so
There is a utube video explaining to ways to the clear them.. I had it before if I find the video well share it here
