Is there any why to get open beta of one ui like s10 & note 10. If no the please let me know when will be the one ui 2.O available for note 9 FD model

Open beta is not available in Pakistan, First the stable version of Android 10 will come for S10 and Note10 Series then S9 and Note9 Series after that.
