one ui 3 has lot of problems

how is your experience with one UI 3?

after using one ui 3 for 2 weeks i found some serious issues with my note 10 plus.

1 - forced screen rotation in landscape mode.

2 - frequent app crashes

3 - auto opening spam pages on Google chrome. 

4 - poor gaming performance. 

Samsung need to optimise their phones to newer android version. 

never faced these problems before. 

please fix these problems and realise a new update.

Ive got the same forced screen rotation problem. Also, my phone's got a forced max volume problem too. Sometimes it would abruptly set the media volume to max on its own and when I try to lower it wouldn't even let me lower it. It happened once when spotify was playing an ad, and once when I was using IG.

"Frequent app crashing and poor gaming performance", so true! I noticed how a bunch of my apps started crashing whenever I try to open them after the update (even after restarting my device and unistalling-installing the app). My genshin started lagging more than usually too. Will this be fixed soon? I hope it will.

Thanks for flagging this. 

This is caused by latest updates of Google Webview and we recommend to do below actions as temporary solution for proper using apps until the new updates is available.

- Delete Webview app update: Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > Tap more (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates

If you cannot search the Webview in Apps menu, please find the Chrome and tab more (three vertical dots) and then Uninstall updates
